Posts 4228 - 4229: location for both Fw 190 and Bf 109 G-6's or G-8's is Fl.Pl. Chartres-Champhol.

Notice also the W.Nr. position for the Bf 109 G in the foreground: the large numbered W.Nr. under the swastika does speak for a Bf 109 G-8 either from 1./NAGr. 13, 3./NAGr. 13 or 3./NAGr. 14 all hosted at Chartres-Champhol between June and August 1944.
