Re: Photo Farman

Hi Stig,

Yes my first thoughts were is it Italian, but I think the Kepi looks french. Could be mistaken though.

Re: Photo Farman

Agree Clint

None looks Italian either.
Besides the serial does not look like anything either France or Italy used.
Very puzzling.

Cheers

Re: Photo Farman

Hi Stig,

Entirely possible as its all new to me. Here a return to good order and common sense an Italian MF.14 MF.1781 at:

https://www.delcampe.net/de/sammlero...952785452.html

But still interesting as its the first Farman I've seen in the 1700 range of serials, but like I ssay all new to me, so I hope to find more.

Regards,

Clint

Re: Photo Farman

Hello,

And here's the uusual french early war style Farman MF.11 No.121 at:

https://www.delcampe.net/de/sammlero...849569956.html

The number's taken a little on faith as the seller's eyes would appear to be better than mine.

Likewise, not exactly easy to see MF.11 MF.785:

https://www.delcampe.net/de/sammlero...849569602.html

But better MF.11 337, though even then I wonder if its not MF.357? at:

https://www.delcampe.net/de/sammlero...713917949.html

And here the old school style Farman MF.7 No.74 at:

https://www.delcampe.net/de/sammlero...664729804.html

Regards,

Clint
