on this copy rights, what arm is there,if some one wants to ,make a contribution,to us,all,i would rather read any aircraft books photos.than be in hospitoLbed,as i should know.

The usual prohibition is against photographing people who are in a private place. It is aimed at preventing intrusion by photographers with big telephoto lenses, seeing into houses, gardens etc.

If you prevented photography in public places, that would in effect be saying that each person owns the light that he/she reflects (but given the way that corporate power is increasing, that may be the case before long!).

Yes, I forgot to include that into my previous note, i.e., photographing in public spaces.
