Re: Losses in the last days of the Reich

Thanks for those Christian! I have them already referenced on my Flickr account.

On my side, I've found another picture of "2J+ Schwarze 23"; I was unaware of its appartenance to NAGr. 3, thanks for solving this one!

One more question: Several Ju87 have comments like
Quote:
"XVI (ZS)", "VIIC"
What could this mean?

Seaplanes,

You are wellcome

Igor,

Becouse of the Forum rules, i had to delete some, in order to get available space to upload new ones. Once i am done with uploading the new stuff, it is in my plans to upload the first ones you asked again.

Re: Losses in the last days of the Reich

Thanks for your constant uploading, Byron.

The list in post #74 makes an oppressive mention of a Ju 188 landing mishap in Sprottau which killed 12 refugees passing the street nearby. Interesting information which will unlikely appear anywhere else.

BTW: Do you (or anyone else, for that matter) have in your files the loss of Fw 190 D-9 212152, II./JG 6, from 22 March 1945? Pilot was a Uffz. Hans Markert. It's in the JaPo book, but maybe the original report has some more details, like tactical number of the plane etc. My grandmother watched this crash when she was 12 years old.
