Immediate flying ban for all Swiss flying Ju 52's
Hi there Gang,
A quick update regarding the demise of Ju-Air operated Ju 52/3m W.Nr. 6595 "HB-HOT" last 4 August 2018: Given severe corrosion discovered on the wing spars, engine bearers and cabin floor braces the crashed machine - which are absolutely not crash-correlated, all further flying of the remaining planes is banned as of today until they are duly addressed. Further informations here, alas only in German: https://www.sust.admin.ch/inhalte/AV...B-HOT_ZB_D.pdf Marc |
