Re: German Air gunner Kills

Gentlemen,

I wonder how many air to air kills did the crew of Hermann Hogeback had?

Re: German Air gunner Kills

At least one Ju 52 gunner downed a RAF fighter over the Med. I believe this is mentioned in the book "Malta the Spitfire Year"

Very interesting. Can you tell me how many of these kills were scored in the Do17 and how many in the Ju 88 ?

Michael
Morning,

7 with the Do 17Z and 5 with Ju 88A, one of the seven was an Spitfire.
Otto Köhnke, later Hauptmann and RK-Holder was the commanding officer of Rammkommando Elbe at Stendal, 1. March 1945.

Re: German Air gunner Kills

Dear hanshauprich,

thanks for your answer.
That renders Otto Köhnke the top-scoring Do 17, doesn't it ?

I wish you a pleasant weekend,

Michael

Hello Hans,

do you happen to have the dates for Köhnke's kills ?

Kind regards,

If Hentschel scored 7 and Rudel 9, is it possible to say if the other to Rudel kills were scored in the Ju 87 or in the Fw 190 ?
