Jerry Scutts

I have just been told by Crecy that Jerry Scutts passed away this morning. Unconfirmed by any other source but quite sad if it is the case

Re: Jerry Scutts

Very sad news, indeed. I hope it's a false alert, though. If not, then this year is a really deadly one for aviation historians and researchers.

I echo the sentiments above... another great loss to our hobby. My thoughts are with his family and friends...

Can't believe it! He was so nice a man.
One more great loss indeed, if the news is correct.

Close to my generation.
Do you know what he died of?
He wrote a few articles for my mag and he was very friendly and helpful.
