Obstfhr Paul Egger -Pilot with JG-27?

Obersturmfuhrer Paul Eggert, a Tiger II Ritterkreuzholder of SS Schwere Pnazer Abteilung 502 was a Luftwaffe pilot during the Battle of France and the Battle Of Britain. See this Wikipedia article which mentions that he flew with JG-27
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Paul_Egger

However. I can't find any trace of him in JG-27. Can anyone help?
