October 1936 German Naval Aircraft loss

hello all

would anyone be able to account for a possible loss of a German 'naval seaplane' that crashed 'off the Weser' in October 1936, with at least two crew rescued by a passing Irish ship.

Information comes from a 1982 magazine article on the irish ship.
