I picked this up recently...was apparantly from a Japanese plane...

An thoughts?

Instructions for Use

1. Preparation for the Test:
Place the unit on a level and sturdy surface. Turn the handle quickly (120 turns per minute) to maintain steady electrical charge.

2. Isolation Test:
a. In order to test isolation between the circuit and ground, the lead from the circuit should be attached to the socket marked "Live". The ground lead should be attached to the socket marked "Earth".
