Hello all,

What kind of Japanees aircrafts were shot down by Roger W. Mehle on 24th February 1942?

According to the account in Lundstrom's The First Team, on 24 Feb 1942, Lt. Mehle shot down a Kawanishi H6K, Navy Type 97 Flying Boat, later known to the Allies by its code name "Mavis".
