VVS Captured Fw-190 - July 12,1943

In the book "French Eagles:The Normandie Niemen" by Risso/Clarke, there is a reference to a captured Fw-190:
"During the Orel Offensive on 12 July [1943], a German fighter pilot who appeared to be suffering from exhaustion and battle fatigue, came in to land and surrendered his Fw-190, which was in perfect condition The small drama took place on the landing strip immediately next to Normandie [squadron], whose French pilots on the strip at the time were amazed by the unexpected visitor. Later, those who were interested in the Fw-190 went over to examine the enemy aircraft closely."

Any idea as to the identity of this Fw-190?

Re: VVS Captured Fw-190 - July 12,1943

Probably it was the Fw.190 of Uffz. Großmann (11./JG.51):

12/7/1943 Fw 190A-4 W.Nr. 2362 (schwarz 6) 11./J.G. 51 Großmann, Uffz. Erwin (0 AV)– vermisst Ursache unbekannt, SW Nowossil 100% F; but WNr.2362 was captured by soviet forces intact at Nevel A/D, 95km N of Vitebsk, Central Russia, which was seized in the Orel counter-offensive.
12/7/1943 At 0600 hrs one Fw 190 has landed on an a/f near Kosel’sk. It’s pilot /Uffz./ was taken prisoner, and he’s being interrogated. /Combat report no. 197 of Western Front Command from 12/7/1943.

Other possible candidates would be
Fw 190A-5 W.Nr. 157372 1./J.G. 54 Buschmann, Uffz. Ludwig MIA, cause unknown. Pl.Qu. 64623 100% F
Fw 190A-5 W.Nr. 152666 3./J.G. 54 Jungbluth, Stfw. Max MIA, cause unknown. Pl.Qu. 64387 100% F

From which airfield operated Normandie Niemen? Which unit operated from Koselsk?

Thanks Monaco for that swift answer. Just found additional confirmation.

In Luftwaffe Verband, issue 17, there is a listing of German A/C Flown by the USSR. In this list is FW-190A-4, werke Nu. 142362, Black 6, 11/JG51, Nevel A/F, Uffz E. Grossman.
