Halifax Mk. V, LK 732
Hello!
I´ve got a question about the crew of the Halifax Mk. V, LK 732, MP-F, 76.Sqd, loss date 20/12/43, shot down by Hptm. E.W. von Bonin (6./NJG 1) at Dachsenhausen, Germany. I´ve got Sgt. L.H. Rollington/Rollingson, has anybody the correct name? I´am searching for the crew´s positions in this plane, can anybody help me? Regards, Heuser |

76 Squadron. Halifax V LK732 MP-F Operation to Frankfurt. Crew. F/S. W.D Cable + Sgt. G.J Castleton pow F/O. J.O Pakeman pow F/O. J. Blair + F/L. I.G Evans pow Sgt. N.W.E Blatch + Sgt. L.H Rollingson pow. Sorry, I don't have the crew positions. Regards Peter Clare |

The crew positions would have been: Pilot: F/S Cable Flight Engineer: Sgt Castleton Navigator: F/O Pakeman Bomb Aimer: F/O Blair Wireless Operator: F/Lt Evans Mid-upper Air Gunner: Sgt Blatch Rear Gunner: Sgt Rollingson Regards, Hans Nauta |
