Sorry Andy
So far we have a request for a loss on 14 Feb
T4669 is listed, so far, as lost on 15 Feb
Ross answer indicates, in spite of what Leendert stated, that the loss actually was on the 14th (at least he has not stated anything else in his answer)

So perhaps a decent summary would be in place?

Cheers
Stig

The crew of a Beaufighter Ic lost on 14.2.42. was:
SGT RYALL, COLIN FRANK (971046) RAFVR and
SGT VAN DE WALLE DE GHELCKE, PAUL ANTOINE (1299912) RAFVR.
This crew also flew on another Beaufughter IC, WR-V T4842, on 6.2.42.
Van de Walle is also listed in many sources as lost on 8.2.42., but on that day was lost
SGT BROWN, LEONARD NEWALL (925924) RAFVR.

Zoran your crews are not according to the daily Form Orange signals sent by Bircham Newton to HQ CC detailing the operations and listing those who failed to return.

BN/O.3/8/2 van de walle/brown
BN/O.7/14/2 theatre/ryall

Hello,
There are discrepancies in documents, and 248 Sqn's Summary of events quotes Ryall and Van de Valle as lost on 14.2.42.
Anyway, Theatre's full name is Eugene-Léon Théatre and he was indeed lost on 14.2.42.
