1) Air Crew Europe Star
2) War Medal 1939-45 or France & Germany Star
3) unknown with clasp

I know now the man I looking for is not Francis Alexander Innys Eveleigh-de Moleyns, I have found a picture of the latter.
I add a picture of the unknown gentleman, as F/L.

The stripes on his sleeve look more like a S/Ldr to me, with a thin one in the middle.
And the last ribbon again looks like the 1939-1945 Star.
