Re: Heinkel He 115 Developmental & Operational History 1937-1952

thanks Ed!

The book is with the printers, and they will go through it with a fine tooth comb to identify any issues such as ink percentages, issues with image quality etc. Once those hurdles are cleared we are good to go. I expect to take delivery in 4-6 weeks, fingers crossed.

Authors - Kjetil Åkra, Andreas Brekken & Bjørn Hafsten with Juan Carlos Salgado
RRP - £70
pp - 392
Hundreds of photos, colour profiles, production and loss lists, examination of Stammkennzeichen blocks and much more....

details of how to pre-order as soon as I good to go. Just getting my website updated.

I'll also be sending this to my wholesale partners around the World, in Europe, the USA, Asia and Australia.

cheers,
Rich at Chandos

Re: Heinkel He 115 Developmental & Operational History 1937-1952

It's finally here!!
The PDF files have been sent to the printer, and are now being processed. After at least a decade (plus another two years of editing) we are excited to announce that the Heinkel He 115 book is finished. Based on years of research, this huge tome aims to dispel the myths that surrounded this aircraft type for decades after World War Two ended.

We expect to take delivery late November / Early December 2023.

We are now taking pre-orders, so head on over to the Chandos Publications website:
http://www.chandospublications.co.uk

We will also be working with our usual wholesale partners in the UK, USA, Europe, Asia and Australasia.
Overseas customers in particular who are keen to get the book as soon as possible may wish to wait until the item is listed on eBay UK in around 2-3 weeks time, where any taxes can usually be paid at source dependant on your country's tax rules. Please note that orders placed through the Chandos Publications website do NOT include sales tax, which may be levied once the item reaches customs in the destination country.
Pre-ordered items will be despatched once in stock.

Re: Heinkel He 115 Developmental & Operational History 1937-1952

Hi guys

a quick update, I received the books today and they look magnificent. So they are now in stock and ready to ship. Please feel free to place an order via my website, or on eBay UK (where you can also pay VAT if applicable).

Wholesale partners in the UK will receive books this week, in Europe hopefully within the net 10 days, and in the USA/ROW within 4-6 weeks (estimated)

Arrived here in Canada and it is superlative.
Excellent production quality, chock full of information and very well illustrated.
Can't imagine any better work on the type will ever be produced.

Congratulations to everyone involved in the production.
