Question ??.06.1941 - wrack from JG3

Who could be hitted from JG3 on date:
22.06.1941 in area of Białystok (present NE part of Poland near board with Belarus) ?

(or other options: 07.06.1941 area of Rogaczewa , 10.06.1941 Cerkowiczy)

Here is wrack of Me109 from this area(s):

Source: https://i.mycdn.me/image?id=87700301...ej5USSVo8tx54U

".... The first half of July 1941 was exceptionally tense in Kamenshchikov’s combat life.
Shot down by Kamenshchikov on July 7, 1941, on the western border of the air defense zone,
the Me-109 fighter (he covered German bombers during a raid on one of the railway stations)
was the first MiG-3 victory from the 6th IAC Air Defense. On July 10th he knocks down another Me-109, ...."

"....At dawn on June 22, 1941, under the ruptures of enemy bombs, the adjutant of the aviation squadron
of the 126th Fighter Regiment, Lieutenant Vladimir Kamenshchikov, climbed I-16 into the air to engage in
battle with the enemies. Near the city of Bialystok, he noticed 3 Me-109s and boldly attacked them.
They did not shy away from the fight; covering each other, tried to take the Soviet fighter into ticks.
With a skillful maneuver, Kamenshchikov walked into the tail of an enemy machine and marked it with a machine-gun burst at close range.
Enveloped in a flame "Messer" stone went to the ground. ..."

Re: ??.06.1941 - wrack from JG3

Ofw. Heinz Schmidt came down in the Kiew area (which is some 800km away from Białystok) and the visible fragment of the aircraft number behind the Russian pilot could not be a "4".

I think the photo shows the "yellow 3" WNr. 5477 from 3./JG 3, which came down near Rogowo (some 20km west of Białystok) on 24.06.41 damaged by AA. The pilot Lt. Eberhard Bock managed to return to his unit the next days.

Hi,
The photo above shows Ofw Heinz Schmidt "Gelbe 4". No doubt about that.
Indeed, not in Bialystok area.

Regards,
Franck.

"...Two photos of the same machine:

Yes , one of this photo is OK but second is for sure wrong - i think about "gelbe 4".
Attached by me photo agree only with on of them - see attached view and compare.
Here is probably another number: 2, 3 or 8 behind the head of Russian pilot but not "4".

By the way dragon has got different painting of teeth (white).

So we have two various Bf109 - for sure both JG3

Frank I think Marlin is close to right - this is probably 3,2,8 not 4

Thanks for all answers !

"...Bock led 3./JG 3 for the invasion of Russia. On 24 June 1941, Bock participated in a mission over the Luzk area. His Bf 109 F-2 (W.Nr. 5477) “Yellow 3” was hit by flak severing an oil line. He was forced to crash-land beyond the lines but was fortunate to evade capture and return to his unit the next day with minor injuries. ..."

"...Enveloped in a flame "Messer" stone went to the ground. ..." - on 22.06.1941 version - is not possible could be more damaged
