Thumbs up German Luftwaffe stuff and documents, pictures

Dear Forum member,

we still looking for german Luftwaffe pictures an documentarys for our no commercial webside !

Welcome to my website!
The purpose of these pages is to describe and analyze the instrumentation in the airplanes of the former German Air Force, prior to 1945. “Cockpit Instruments” is a non-commercial information platform attempting, through factual material, to preserve a field of knowledge. Our goal is to collect, preserve and archive, for future generations, information of both historical value and interest. This website is working on the presentation of a complete catalogue of cockpit devices and equipment found in German planes between the years of 1914 and 1945.
But because the way is still long, we are dependent upon your assistance!

Visits to this website are completely free of charge and available for personal use.! And “Cockpit Instruments” places an extensive archive at your disposal

regards Erwin

There is/ was. The german term for that is "Abfangautomatik für den Sturzflug". Is was a standard in the Ju 87 and AFAIK in the Ju 88 and coupled with the BZG/ -visier. It's purpose was to assist the pilot in the pullout right after the dive bombing. It controlled the speed (engine rpm), bomb release, airleons and dive brakes.

Didn't it also control the stab trim and elevators?
