Small Beginnings - Database of Luftwaffe Crew Lost Over England

Hi,

You may well have seen my monthly threads requesting help from you on details concerning Luftwaffe crew lost of Britain.

I collect sterbebild and with your help have found out much about each individual killed over England.

I have attached my collection so far with the details I have researched with your help.

It would be great if anyone could come back to me about the many gaps in my knowledge.

Many thanks for your continued help.

Rick

Uffz. Wilhelm Maier of the Gruppenstab of II./ZG 2 was not killed over England on 16/8/40. He was killed along with his pilot Major Harry Carl when their Bf 110 crashed in France following combat damage.
