Was from (area) Pittsburgh, PA.

Henry Kristolich was the pilot of 41-39584 O8-H A260-40-DL 575 BS 391 BG which made a crashlanding at Brustem airfield on 29/5/1945. The plane was repaired.

Kristolich was awarded an Air Medal by GO # 6, HQ 9th Air Div, dated 15 May 1945 (Oak Leaf Clusters). Hometown given as N. Bessemer, PA.

Vaden Ainscough got an Air Medal by GO # 23/9 AD/45.

But Ainscough was with Kristolich in another earlier accident on the 14th March, 45. A/c serial number ?
