RAF bomber command losses series

Does anyone know if there is any future volume #2 books coming out by David Gunby and Pelham Temple (authors of "Royal Air Force Losses: In the Middle East and Mediterranean: volume 1 1939-1942")

Ross Mcneill ( author of "Royal Air Force Coastal Command Losses Vol. 1 1939-1942")

I'm also looking forward to the next volumes. Been waiting since the first volumes came out. Hopefully they'll be out before I'm dead! I read a post on internet, can't remember where. The authur stated that midland has the manuscript but is waiting to publish.
