Hi,

Details I have are:

Failed to return after fighter attack during Ostfront sortie. W/T operator and engineer baled out. He111 H-6 WNr 4110 1H+KS 8./KG26.

Hptm Erhard Pohler (pilot) and Oberfw Werner Hartmann (observer) missing. Oberfw Paul Teisker (engineer) injured.

Don't have any reference to Staffelkapitan.

Hope this helps!

Regards,

David

Hi David, yes this helps a great deal, many thanks.

Is there no mention of the fate of the Bordfunker?

Rgs,
Steve.

Hi Steve,

Usually I find those that survived an incident intact didn't get a mention, so can only presume, unless someone can prove otherwise, that the Bordfunker(W/T operator) got back okay - after baling out and not having been injured?

Regards,

David
