One site is reporting a release date of September 2012 for Volume 4.

Hallo Marco,

I asked this very question a few days ago of East Anglia Books in England. It is owned by Cliff Bishop, the brother of one of the co-authors. I received a reply yesterday; "........this is still a work in progress and we do not anticipate it being ready until the end of this year or the beginning of next."

I am looking forward to Vol. 4 also !
