Paul Galland
Gentlemen,
Going through a bunch of Luft documents that I have. I have a promotion document for Paul Galland, one of Adolf Gallands brother who was later killed. My question is can anyone identify the Staffelkäpitan who signed it? Cheers Bill |

Re: Paul Galland
Good evening,
One thing puzzles me here. The document says Paul Galland was Catholic ('Konfession: kath.'), while apparently the Galland family were of Huguenot ancestry. Were they actually Catholic, or did Paul convert to Catholicism, or is it just a mistake? Thank you in advance. |

Re: Paul Galland
The Galland brothers' mother was said (by Adolf) to be a devout Catholic.
