Soviet Fugas class minesweepers

In Warship 2017 there is an article about Soviet Fugas class minesweepers. In the GPW/WW II a number of them were damaged and sunk by Luftwaffe and possible other Axis countries air forces. Can anyone help ID which units:

Baltic:
T.203 30 Jul 41 Hanko damaged near miss. 25 Aug 41 damaged by artillery fire but BCRS vol 1 p182 has it attacked by Ju 88s of KGr 806 and it shot one down

T.215 10 Jun 43 damaged several near misses

T.218 10 jun 43 damaged by bomb hit

Black Sea:
T.401 27 Jun 42 damaged near miss bombs while escorting a convoy

T.403 16 Feb 42 heavily damaged bomb hit escorting a convoy near Cape Kyz-Aul

T.404 2 Jul 42 damaged by near miss bombs while trying to supply Sevastopol

T.407 27 Jun 42 damaged by near miss bombs while escorting a convoy from Sevastopol. 22 may 43 damaged by bomb hit while escorting a convoy II/STG 2?

T.408 19 May 42 damaged by near miss

T.409 18 Jun 42 damaged by near miss bombs. 22 may 43 damaged by near miss bombs

T.410 14 Aug 42 damaged by bomb hit while steaming from Novorossiisk to Anapa

T.410 2 jul 42 damaged by near miss bombs during a resupply mission to Sevastopol. 6 Jan 43 damaged by near miss bombs while steaming between Batumi and Tuapse

T.413 10 Jun 42 damaged by III/LG 1 (from old notes) 13 Jun 42 sunk 3 bomb hits near Cape Fiolent.

Re: Soviet Fugas class minesweepers

10.6.43
T-215 was slightly damaged by near misses (steering gear was damaged). T-218 has very serious damage after bombs explosions below its bottom and was towed to repair.
T-203 was damaged by bomb 31.7.41.
T-403 was damaged 16.1.42, not 16.2.
I have no data about T-408 damage 19.5.42
T-410 has only damage from bomb hit 14.8.42.
