Question about 39-40 war history of Hptm Helmut Lipfert

Hello,

This pilot is the subject of one of our EoE 1939-40 profile series being created at present. He has published a late war (1943-45) history titled "Das Tagbuch des Helmut Lipfert."

Is there any similar source or resource for his early war experiences?

Regards,

Larry Hickey

Thumbs up Re: Question about 39-40 war history of Hptm Helmut Lipfert

Dear Mr. Hickey, the Book was written by Werner Girbig (1931 - 2001) in 1973 and beginns with the Diary of Lipfert at the 26. November 1942.

Greetings Peglar
