LW activity 29-30 April 1942 and 30 April-1st May 1942

Does anyone do have information (ULTRA or via Flugbuchs) of the activities of either IV Gruppe of KG 30 or of KG 3 against England those two nights?

Am particularly interested in knowing their targets, number of aircraft dispatched and eventual losses.

Any point of start would be most welcomed to me.

A.

OBS: I suspect KG 3 was not active from what I have found now.

Adriano: This was the Baedeker Blitz and both IV Gruppe were part of the ORBAT. What do you want to know as I have recently written about this campaign

I obtained some photos from what the seller described airmen from IV/KG 3, but I guess are from IV/KG 30 and one of them celebrated his 100 Feindflug on one of those nights. Am trying to determine who they are (on the photo). This is why I asked about those raids (am not familiar with them, I mean deeply). Is your new book about those Raids available yet?

Shall post the backside of the photograph very soon.

Adriano

Adriano: It was an article and it is included in my forthcoming Do 217 book.
29 Apr 42: Ju 88 of IV./KG 30 landed at Gilze with 25% damage no crew names.
30 Apr 42: Target Sunderland and losses were 10./KG 3, 11./KG 3, 10./KG 30, 11./KG 30
3 May 42: Target Exeter 2 11./KG 30 losses

Re: LW activity 29-30 April 1942 and 30 April-1st May 1942

Guess now I managed Chris.
This is the back of the photograph and at least one member I managed to identify: Hauptmann Kürzel, gefallen on the 1st May 1942.
So IV Gruppe KG 3 may be indeed the unit.
But who was the crew who completed 100 FF onto that date? KG 77 is also mentioned on another photo...
Will post all back side of photos here...so maybe a German member can help me decipher its contents.

Another crew returning from the 29-30 April 1942 mission to England (coffee was consumed by everyone!)

Was the first words meaning the FBK Commanding Officer? Am not familiar with this...and who was the Adjutant of IV Gruppe KG 3 (any idea)?
