USCG Flying Boat

Hello,

Sometime ago I posted a photo of a Hall PH-2 on the Pacific & Far East Forum. From that I now know enough to say that the PH-2 operated on the US East Coat. Hopefully, this is not the same photo! and being a rather rare bird is of interest
