Bill Crawford Compton training record?

Can anyone tell me if Bill Crawford Compton attended these courses in 1940. I have his service records but there's a period 10 June -10 August 1940 that is not shown. He appears to have been an LAC with 5 MU, RAF Kemble prior to reassignment.

No.1 EFTS RAF Hatfield 10 June- 24 July 1940.

No.3 pre-fighter training course at 10 EFTS RAF Yatesbury in Wilts 24 July-10 August 1940.

My information comes from "Three in Thirteen", the biography of Mosquito ace Joe Singleton who followed a similar training course...

regards

Keith
