Pressurizing the Sauerstoff Atemgerät on a Me 110

At the 21-second mark the oxygen wagon pulls up and we get to see the Sauerstoff Atemgerät (oxygen breathing apparatus = O2 tank) being filled on a Me 110. I've never seen this procedure before.
