Not much help here I'm afraid, but if you look at the flip side of the photo there is a date listed, 7.6.1917 The text is extremely fuzzy so not even tried to understand what it says. No idea, of course, who wrote the date, ie if it is contemporary or done by some collector afterwards. But if the date is correct SPA 98 is wrong since that unit was not created, as N 98, until 1 Jan 1918. Cheers Stig
