97 190s lost that day, so more details would be helpful to narrow it down. Here's one that might help as it lists the location. But, many others may have been near there but not listed specifically,
Fw 190A-8, 960517, Bach, Uffz. Willi, 16./JG 54blaue3 + ~ , 23-Dec-44, KIA due to Luftkampf., Lw.Kdo.West, BA-MA Signatur RL 2 III/1170, p.9; Rosipal JG 54 loss list, bei Röttgen/Kottenforst, 100%, F |

I have none that mention Aachen by name. I have a number with St. Vith, Cologne, eupen, etc. These are near Aachen are they not? |

Well, that might be. The is a Cologne loss listed.
