This model appeared in some losses nd unit returns concerning the NAGr.13 in 1944, it seems that at least one of these plane is the FW190a-3W4 ,sic, Wn130392 lost in Guernsey, seems sure that F-1 is not refering to Jabo model, so...???

Why not? At the same time, III./SG 4 was in Southern France with the Fw 190 A-6 and A-7 when I guess they "should" have had the F-series. I think perhaps the allocation of aircraft to units on quiet fronts at that time depended on what was available, not what was ideal.

Mag sein, but in the case above the Wn give , undoub. the serie a A-3, losses for 1943 gave a lot of a-3 nd a-4, but why not a F-1.... a slower armoured plane for recce ??

I am not quite sure if I follow or uderstand this discussion, but the W.Nr. you mention should read 013 0392 and this was a FW 190A-3/U-4, a recce conversion of a standard A-3 machine.

I agree with Nick on this, another example of the "available aircraft allocation" (and certainly not on a quiet front!) would be Fw 190A-8s/D-9s assigned to S.G.10 at war's end - again not ideal, but airframes were available so they accepted them,

Seeplane, discussion was about the possibilty that a recce unit used ground-attack planes , but useful to know about the "U4"
couldn't compare situation of april 44 nd april 45, maybe just a try as a try the famous G-5 with H feature
