Oblt Martin Müller

Please can anybody help me with some information regarding Oblt Martin Müller? I have identified one or maybe two airmen, one of whom was shot down into the sea off the Isle of Wight while in the crew of a Ju 87 of Stab I./StG3 on 8 August 1940 and rescued. The other man was shot dead in Angler, Ontario while resisting arrest on 30 June 1941. The question is, are these two in fact the same officer? If not then please do you also know the circumstances in which the man killed in Canada was taken prisoner?

Re: Oblt Martin Müller

Based on what I know, he was captured. Regarding the POW camps in Canada, I can only provide the following:

There are three Martin Mullers mentioned here:

Maybe you'll find the right one.

Yes I believe its the same man. There are a number of Canadian published POW books. I recall reading it in one of them.
