This plane crash near Rochefort (France) 04.07.43 I am searching more infos the name of the village perhaps St Nazaire/Charente Ile Madame and all other infos for the pilot

The 2 sources I have show losses at Nantes, east of Abbeville, Mayenne & sea. Auchelles, Locqumaria Nantes, sea and Laval. I cannot see this Wk Nr

Prien has the following information: 4 July 1943: Oberleutnant Erich Kässmeyer of 9./JG 2 injured in Fw 190 A-4 (W.Nr. 0145 669) in emergency landing due to fuel shortage, Rochefort, 90% I hope this helps. Horrido! Leo |
