DR Hayward: FAA & ATA
David Russell Hayward
Joined the ATA after he was found unsuitable for the FAA. Two documented accidents with the ATA and was fatally injured in the last; see link for details. https://www.ata-ferry-pilots.org/ind...-david-russell Is there any record of accidents involving Hayward during his service with the FAA? TIA, Bruce |

Re: DR Hayward: FAA & ATA
The Walrus accident is the only one in Ray Sturtivant's WWII FAA book that has Hayward as being involved.
