search history of joachim Kabrich from JG51

Good evening every body, here is a french wargamer from campaigns-france.org. sorry for my bad english

I borned in Arques-saint omer in france (pas-de-calais). during the battle of Britain, my Grand parents have welcomed in her farm a german fighting pilot , his name Joachim Kabrich from Breslau, he was a sympathic guy say my mother . he was from III/JG 51 or perhaps II/LG 2 on arques saint-omer.
how i can search his history and origin ?? thanks a lot
