Horrell and Piche
Hi,
F/O Horrell was from Ontario and left a widow F/O Piche I think may have been an American as his widow lived in New London in the USA These details from the CWG pages. Both airmen are at rest in Venray War Cemetry Alex |

According to Mr Henk Welting, on RAF Commands forum: "Auster NJ669 (127 Wing) on a ferry flight from B.82 (Grave/Keent, Holland) to B.70 (Deurne/Antwerp, Belgium). Strayed off course and was shot down by AA-fire or light flak. Crashed near the farms of Fleurkens & Jeurissen along the Deurneseweg (name of a road) at Ysselsteyn, province Noord-Brabant, Holland. Both airmen were 443 Sqdn and are buried Venray War Cem. Hope this info helps, have a good weekend," |
