A43 Black Prince/P. M. Knight

https://www.amazon.co.uk/Black-Princ...6042085&sr=1-5

These books by P. M. Knight are contentswise by far the best books on British tanks. It is a terrible travesty that these books have not been published by a proper publisher (good paper, good binding). These are books for true tank enthusiasts, not model-thumpers.

You've actually answered yourself why these books were self-published, and not published by 'a proper publisher'.

Re: A43 Black Prince/P. M. Knight

You imply that modelers are superficial people looking for superficial books?

I say that amount of readers interested in deep technical detail, as you apparently are, is very limited.

Re: A43 Black Prince/P. M. Knight

Is it? Every tank (or aircraft) enthusiast I know very well of are more interested in tech details (and handling in the case of aircraft) than camo schemes and all of them lament the lack of thorough technically-oriented book that are also text-driven, not photo-driven.
