Heliopolis Gomhouria Bu-181 Mk6

Can anyone help ?

We are looking for the weight and balance schedule for the above aircraft, in particular the momment arms(Hebelarm) for the:
Aircraft.
Pilot.
Fuel.
Luggage.

This info must be somewhere and I'm drawing a blank as this is the first airworthy model in the UK and the CAA have no info, maybe someone from Germany where there are others can get some info for me please .

Many Thanks Will.
