Hello Melvin,

perhaps it is for Lt. Heinz-Wolfgang Müller, kia 8. April 1944 at Pescara.
He was a pilot in 1./NAG 11 and was shot down in Luftkampf in his
Bf 109 G-6, WNr. 161.103, code "black 9", Stammkennzeichen RP+FY.

Greetings

Carl

Re: Loss of Lt. Heinz-Wolfgang Müller 08.04.1944

Just to add that 1./NAG 11's Staffelkapitän, Hptm. Karl Schumacher was wounded in action the same day at Montesilvano (very close to Pescara, so almost certainly in the same engagement). His aircraft was Bf 109 G-6, W.Nr. 410553, black 2.

NAG 11 operated in pairs and such double losses are not unusual.
