Information concerning loss of Gefr. Georg Tischler - killed 30.05.1942
Hi,
Can anyone provide information on the loss of Gefr. Georg Tischler who was killed on a mission over the sea on the 30th May 1942? I think he was in KG30 and was an experience bordfunker. Many thanks Rick Last edited by rickback4444; 23rd December 2016 at 00:25.

PQ16 again I guess? Two Ju88 of KG30 reported lost on 30 May:

Flugzeugführer Olt Schapp, Siegfried, vermißt Kampfbeobachter Fw Wendt, Herbert, vermißt Bordfunker Gefr Tischler, Georg, vermißt Bordschütze (Kr.Ber.) Stfhr Jeromin, Alfred, vermißt Beschuß durch P-40 der 2. GvSAP VVS SF (LtCo Safonov, Orlov, Streltzov oder Pokrovskij). Bruch 100 %. Matti
