Information Concerning Loss of Lt. Karl Bergmann- killed 30th June 1942

Hi,

I do know he was in a Stuka staffel - 8./KG3.

Can anyone tell me about his career, where he was killed and what happened to the other crew member?

Many thanks

Rick

Rick,
I have Babinitschi (R) as the place where he was KIA.

Hi,

Thanks for information. Not a combat loss then. Had the crew been on a raid?

Please see attached photo of Lt. Bergmann that came with grave photo.

Rick
