I believe this loss occurred in the early morning (AM) of the night 31 December/1 January. It was one of five II./NJG3 Ju88s that failed to return that night - most on missions to the Antwerp - Brussels area.

Here are plots of Nachtjagdverbände losses and RAF Mosquito air combat claims on the night of 1-2 January 1945. I have highlighted the Foster claims in green (the second image is from the area south-west of the first picture).
