Chef NVW
I've come across this abbreviation in a Bundesarchiv document from 1942 about countering potential Allied jamming of Würzburg radars.

My guess is Chef des Nachrichtenversuchswesens (Head of Experimental Signals Systems) but does anyone know the definite meaning?
