Re: Uffz. Kohlschmidt

He was not a member of 3./JG 52, but belonged to the 1. Staffel.

Re: Uffz. Kohlschmidt

I notice that the J3 code belonged to NAGr 9 and that this aircraft previously had a small accident on 3.8.1943 with that same unit.

Was the aircraft on loan or had it been so recently transferred that no one yet had painted over its former code?
Or perhaps no one even bothered?

Cheers
Stig

Re: Uffz. Kohlschmidt

Thanks for the replies, i looked Update bykhovs Book and rechkalov was credited with 1 Storch Shot down on 31.05.44 South East porcheshti (Rumania) — so The Dates Differ. BTW rechkalov claimedvanother Storch on 29.12.43 over vygoda. Are there any datas on the latter fi.156? Thanks in advance Andy sorry Form the Bad Spelling — Sent via i— Pad ...
