Name's for Erkennungsmarke?
Could anyone give me the name's for an Oblt, EM 4 Fl.A.R.32/2970, and a Lt, EM 62682/73, both found six miles West of Dunkirk 26.10.1944.
I have several other EM's with no names that I would like to check out from around this period. Thanks Joe. |

Re: Name's for Erkennungsmarke?
Joe: This is all mixed up. 32/2970 was Uffz Hugo Brandt of 1/TGr 30 lost that night but there was not an Oblt or Lt in his crew or with the same number you quote

Re: Name's for Erkennungsmarke?
Chris,
This info is as stated in in AIR2/8735, items 300-1, both dated 02.12.44, from A.I..(k) to The Controller, P.W.I.B. for the guy you mention, it also lists, Function Badge (W/T), War Flights Badge and Wound Badge, I'd send you a copy, but my scanner is U/S. Joe. |
