Thanks, Ed, for your usual good snooping.
Anyone know the credibility of the author? |

Re: Aces of the Republic of China Air Force
Hello John,
Raymond Cheung is good and thorough researcher, whom I’m worked with for many years. I’m very happy for him that he have got this book published and I’m looking forward to it with great anticipation! Best wishes/Håkan

And I'd get it since a few weeks.
A Quick overview says it will be a good read. Any plans for further books about air warfare in this part of Asia? |

Out standing AOTA volume, in many ways.
Excellent reading so far. What was the fate of IJN A5M pilot YAMASHITA Shishiro (page 30)? |

Re: Aces of the Republic of China Air Force
Gentlemen,
I just got that brand new book yesterday from the post office. Excellent research so far. That was the first time that I ever heard of P-43 Lancer fighter planes flown by Chinese fighter pilots scoring air-to-air kills over Japanese planes. The P-43 had plenty of teething problems. Sincerely, Edward L. Hsiao |
