36 DRS and 36ADG?

Looking into a P-47 loss on Dec 21st 1945 in Italy and it's coming up on the USAAF overseas accident reports as belonging to 36DRS, 36ADG NAF.

Sorry for being a bit thick,,but what are these abbreviations for?,
Naturally, its a squadron, group and air force.

I await a face plam moment

Thanks in anticipation,

Nige

Re: 36 DRS and 36ADG?

Nige,

DRS would be Depot Repair Squadron and ADG Air Depot Group.
