NICHOLSON STUART BOLTON
Hi guys
I have been asked for information on Nicholson Stuart BOULTON , who died as an RAF Ace in WW1, aged just 18. Can anyone help please? Cheers Brian |

From Above the Trenches, by Christopher Shores, Norman Franks, and Russell Guest: Lt. Nicholson Stuart BOULTON joined RFC 26 July 1917, served in 20 Squadron flying 2-seater Bristol F.2b's in late summer 1918. Credited with victories over 6 Fokker D VIIs in Sept 1918 (3 shot down, 3 out of control; 5 of these were credited to different rear gunners). He and gunner 2/Lt. C. H. Chase were shot down 29 Sept by Ltn. Josef Mai of Jasta 5.
